About the Opportunity
Our client, a construction company in the Outaouais, is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. Work on design plans/projects, in unique neighborhoods.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Prepares and supervises plans, specifications and other technical documents for residential construction projects
- Design new models
- Ensure follow-up of the progress of the files
- Make the required calculations, solve problems including the layout of drawing and installation constraints
- Meets with clients, proposes ideas and designs final plans
About you
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- College diploma DEC
- Ability to interact in a professional manner
- Be able to coordinate several activities simultaneously and adjust quickly in case of change
- Autonomy and good ability to manage priorities
- Ability to observe and adhere to rigorous work procedures

Type d'emploi : Temps Plein, Permanent
Lieu de travail : Chelsea (Stationnement sur place)
Salaire : deux postes disponibles :
- Junior : 1 à 2 ans d’expérience, salaire débutant $48,000 par année
- Intermédiaire : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience, salaire débutant à $60,000 par année (peut-être plus selon l’expérience)
