Eric Joanisse

CPC VICE-PRESIDENT

In 1998, Eric joined the sales team and was assigned the marketing management of the family business. He then immediately began investing himself in the management and operations of CLA Personnel. With a Bachelor of Communications specialized in advertisement and marketing, Eric obtained the professional title of certified personnel consultant (CPC) of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services in 2004. In 2009 he became CLA Personnel’s Vice President. In September of 2018, he celebrated twenty years working in the staffing industry.

Tricia Cameron

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Tricia completed her degree at Carleton University in 2014, with Honours in Psychology and Linguistics. Upon successfully completing the HR Management program at Algonquin, and with the hopes of beginning a new adventure, Tricia joined the staffing industry in 2018. Tricia works at CLA Personnel as their leader in all things Administration and processes where she is able to apply her exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and drive to help others succeed.

Specializing in strategic communications, content marketing, SEO, and digital accessibility, Alita is a savvy marketing professional with a passion for creating and managing digital content to help organizations thrive. Having previously worked with some of the country’s largest associations, she has a track record of excellence when it comes to implementing large-scale marketing campaigns. Alita was also nominated for Faces Magazine’s 2023 Ottawa Awards for Best Marketing Professional.
